Design and develop web application and android app to manage cable network and customers including customer payment collection and complaint tracking.
There will be two applications need to develop

1. Web application – This is centralized web based application can be accessed from Head office, of admin of Kabelkonnekt & also for Agent.
2. Mobile App – Mobile application is used to get inputs from Sales Executive.



Mobile application Development (Android)
There are three System users
❖ Admin – Manage backend application and get important updates and payment collection notification on Mobile app.
❖ Agent/Employee – Update payment collection details from customers and update complaints status.
❖ Customer – View payment history report and make payments online in future.
