❖ Land lord registers using email id and password
❖ Channel Partner adds the landlord KYC details, property details etc
❖ Tenant registers using email ID an password
❖ Tenant completes formalities and form filling
❖ Tenant’s registration is subject to verification from Channel Partner
❖ Once registered, Tenant receives rental notifications and shoutouts through email/sms
❖ Tenant receives payment link in notifications
❖ Channel Partner and Landlord also receive payment notifications and updates after payments done by tenant
❖ Request for maintenance to Channel Partner and its status can be tracked by tenants and landlords
❖ Feedback option provided for Tenant and Landlord
