Job Title: Microsoft AX Dynamics Expert
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 models from development, test and staging environments using XPO models and model stores.
- Carry out maintenance and changes within the HRMS application including Editing HRMS parameters and configuration and Configure Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 modules based on business requirements.
- Introduce and maintain code tables, add/amend/delete codes according to the business needs
- Conduct performance tuning of customized code and monitoring practices to ensure on-going performance.
- Ability to design and develop reports using SSRS development tools.
- Configuration and design forms on Enterprise portal in AX2012.
- Ability to configure workflow, security roles, alert & notifications and coordinate access authority issues and follow-up on requests with InfoSec.
- Maintain an appropriate level of technical expertise that enables proper administration of the HRMS Application to ensure capability to respond to and resolve day to day issues.
- Interface with Microsoft and 3rd party vendors for installation and technical support as needed.
- Collaborate and mentor IT team members to expand Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge, improve consistency and methodologies that enable a high quality delivery process.
- Coach and develop Bank colleagues to ensure their knowledge and skills of IT .
- Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by the direct manager
Educational Degree : Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science field preferred
Training/Professional Certifications: NET, AX IDE, MorphX, and/or X++
Computer Skills Microsoft Office : Expert
Language Skills: English/Arabic Proficient
